This brick multi-family house was built in 1920 and rises three stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1925 City Directory lists John Lee Jr, a student; and Nellie Lee, the widow of George Lee, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows John Lee, et al as the owners of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Nellie Lee, a 53-year old widow. Nellie lived with her 22-year old daughter Georgiana. The building was valued at $13,000.
