This brick multi-family house was built in 1925 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Robert Jones as the owner of the empty lot where this house was built.

In 1930 this house was owned by John Connolly, a 35-year old butcher from Ireland. John lived with his 30-year old Irish wife Mary; 2-year old son John; and 21-year old brother-in-law John Mee, an odd jobs laborer. Part of this house was rented for $48 a month by Alfred Auchman, a 49-year old auto mechanic from Vermont. Alfred lived with his 48-year old wife Mary, 8-year old niece Eileen, and 75-year old father-in-law John Malone. The building was valued at $8,000.
