Pama Gardens

This four-unit apartment building was designed by James Murray and built in 1924 for Paul Epstein. The wood building rises two stories from a stone foundation to a flat tar and gravel roof. The cost of construction was $11,500.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Paul Epstein as the owner of this building.

By 1979 the building was owned by Francisco Impellizzeri, trustee, Steven Realty Trust.
