This Colonial house was built in 1930 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Edward Finlay as the owner of the empty lot this house was built on.

In 1930 this house was owned by Mary Lunney, a 67-year old widow. Mary lived with her 42-year old daughter Mary, a dressmaker; 38-year old daughter Ellen, a clerk; and 21-year old son George, a clerk in a news stand. The building was valued at $5,800.
