This Colonial house was built around 1925 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof. The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows James Sweeney as the owner of the empty lot this house was built on. In 1930 this house was owned by Otto Morgner, a 45-year old druggist. Otto lived with his 40-year old wife Charlotte and their 16-year old daughter Madeline. The building was valued at $6,000. |
