The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows the heirs of Caroline Thomas as the owners of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Ewan MacIntyre, a 40-year old book salesman from Connecticut. Ewan lived with his 48-year old wife Belle; 20-year old step-daughter Caroline Faber; 60-year old sister-in-law Agnes Ricker; and 64-year old John Breen, a chauffeur.
