The 1925 City Directory lists Morton Bunker, treasurer of George F Bunker & Son Incorporated, as a resident of this house. The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Daniel Hyde as the owner of this house. In 1930 this house was owned by 70-year old Daniel Hyde. Daniel lived with his 58-year old wife Margaret. Part of this house was rented for $45 a month by George Mortimer, a 62-year old widow from England who worked as a motorman for a street railway. George lived with 60-year old Eva Avery, a widow from Maine who worked as a housekeeper. The building was valued at $25,000. |
