This three-story multi-family house was built in 1920.

The 1924 City Directory lists Chester Young, an inspector at the City Hall Annex; and Ernest Young as residents of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Paul Cheney, a salesman; Walter Emery Jr, a superintendent; and Daniel Donahue Jr, a Boston police officer, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows H. and V. Girgosian as the owners of this house.

In 1930 part of this house was rented for $42 a month by Thomas McGovern, a 43-year old trainman for a railroad. Thomas lived with his 44-year old wife Mary and their five children: 15-year old Mary, 13-year old Eileen, 11-year old Robert, 9-year old Charles, and 4-year old Donald. Another part of this house was rented for $45 a month by Michael Driscoll, a 45-year old automobile mechanic. Michael lived with his 35-year old Irish wife Sarah.
