James lived with his 36-year old wife Julia; infant son James Junior; Honora Corcoran, a 55-year old boarder from Ireland who worked as a clothing stitcher; and Sheila Rossa, a 27-year old boarder from Ireland who worked as an insurance clerk. The building was valued at $12,000. |
