This three-story brick multi-family house was built in 1910 and renovated in 1996.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Storer Jones as the owner of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Fred Morin, a manager; and Hugh Sanbourn, a track supervisor for the Boston & Albany Railroad, as residents of 69 Oak Sqaure.

The 1930 Census lists part of 69 Oak Square rented for $65 a month by Albert Cram, a 56-year old salesman for an oil company. Albert lived with his 41-year old wife Miriam. Another part of 69 Oak Square was rented for $65 a month by Hugh Sanborn, a 58-year old railroad track supervisor from Vermont. Hugh lived with his 44-year old wife Cecilia and their infant son Edward. Part of 324 Faneuil Street was rented for $65 a month by Patrick Glynn, a 60-year old fireworks salesman from Maine. Patrick lived with his 51-year old Portuguese wife Silvina and their 20-year old daughter Elise. Anorhter part of 324 Faneuil was rented for $65 a month by Mary Moran, a 47-year old from Canada. Mary lived with her 51-year old Canadian cousin Annie O'Connor, a seamstress; and 60-year old Julua Walbourne, a boarder from Canada who worked as a food checker for a hotel. Another part of 324 Faneuil was rented for $65 a month by Robert Huke, an 81-year old from England. Robert lived with his 43-year old daughter Hazel.
