The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows J.A. Fayrean as the owner of this wood frame house.

The 1930 Census lists Arthur Favreau, a 56-year old treasurer for a publishing company, as the owner of this house. Arthur lived with his 53-year old wife Chrona and their four children: 26-year old Irma, a teacher at an art museum; 25-year old Jeannette, a librarian; 21-year old Alphonse; and 8-year old Cecile. The building was valued at $10,000.
