The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Minnie Jones as the owner of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Harry Newhall, a partner in Kaler, Carney, Liffler, & Company and a partner in Newhall & Newhall; and Lillian Towne, master of the Bowdoin School, as residents of 64 Oak Square.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Charles Collar as the owner of this building.

The 1930 Census lists part of 64 Oak Square as rented for $65 a month by William Knight, a 60-year old from Virginia who worked as a division engineer for a railroad. William lived with his 50-year old wife Elizabeth (born in Illinois). Another part of 64 Oak Square was rented for $65 a month by 66-year old Lillian Towne, a public school principal. Another part of 64 Oak Square was rented for $65 a month by Harry Newhall, a 50-year old part owner of an insurance company. Harry lived with his 46-year old wife Alice.
