The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows J.J. and J. Mansfield as the owners of this house.

In 1930 part of this house was rented for $50 a month by 71-year old Lydia Peck. Lydia lived with her 62-year old sister Gertrude, a seamstress. Another part of this house was rented for $50 a month by Silybelle Bates, a 68-year old assistant in a doctor's office. Silybelle lived with her 58-year sister Mary, a secretary in a public school. Another part of this house was rented for $50 a month by Mary Burke, a 49-year old maid from Ireland. Mary lived with her three children: 30-year old Patrick, a driver for a bakery; 23-year old Margaret, a clerk; and 18-year old Rose, a waitress.
