The 1924 City Directory lists Nelson Amore, a conductor for the Boston Elevated Railway, as a resident of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Nelson Amore, a conductor for the Boston Elevated Railroad; Michael Connors, a laborer; Thomas Connors, a chauffeur; and Walter Connors, a conductor for the Boston Elevated Railroad, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Joseph Curley as the owner of this house.
