This brick multi-family house was built in 1910 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1924 City Directory lists Bennett Young, a carpenter, as a resident of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists John Heffner; Bennett Young, a carpenter; George Young, a manager; and Wilfred Young, a carpenter, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows H.M. and A.T. Taylor as the owners of this house.

In 1930 part of this house was rented for $45 a month by Charles Coogan, a 58-year old meat cutter. Charles lived with his 22-year old son Charles Junior, a contractor; 56-year old brother-in-law John Heffner (born in Pennsylvania); and 64-year old sister-in-law Pearl Heffner (born in Pennsylvania), a milliner.
