The 1925 City Directory lists William Hedden, a dyer; Anna Lundstrom, the widow of John Lundstrom; Axel Lundstrom, an engraver; and Edith Lundstrom, a stenographer, as residents of this house. The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows A.C. Lundstrom as the owner of this house. In 1930 part of this house was rented for $40 a month by William Lowell, a 34-year old auto mechanic. William lived with his 34-year old wife Emily and their two daughters: 9-year old Emily and 8-year old Edna. Another part of this house was rented for $50 a month by David Mulcahy, a 52-year old plumber. David lived with his 52-year old wife Eileen and their seven children: 25-year old John, a driver for a cracker factory; 24-year old Edna, a clerk for the telephone company; 23-year old Helen, a telegraph operator for Western Union; 22-year old Francis, a plumber; 20-year old Ann, a stenographer for a cracker company; 16-year old Philip; and 9-year old Janet. |
