The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Robert Frost et al, trustees, as the owners of the empty lot where this house was built.

In 1930 this house was owned by Ellen Mulcahy, a 70-year old widow from Ireland. Ellen lived with her two children: 43-year old William, a battery specialist for radios and automobiles; and 40-year old May, a dressmaker. The building was valued at $1,200.
