The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows J.W. O'Mealy, et al, as the owners of the empty lot where this house was built.

In 1930 this house was rented for $80 a month by Irving Radkay, a 44-year old advertiser from New York. Irving lived with his 33-year old wife Sadie and their two children: 11-year old Robert and 4-year old Janice.
