The 1925 City Directory lists Fred H. Foster, a clerk; and Frederick B. Foster, a manager, as residents of 16 Lake. Michael Corcoran, an insurance agent, is listed as a resident of 18 Lake.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Sarah Davis as the owner of this house.
