The 1925 City Directory lists Elizabeth Robinson, a dressmaker; and Mary Robinson, a probation officer, as residents of 12 Lake. Francis Quiment, a manager, is listed as a resident of 14 Lake.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows John Sullivan as the owner of the empty lot where this house was built.
