- Hariett Collins, a 65-year old widow who lived with her 46-year old cousin Katherine Morris, a clerk for an insurance company. The rent was $55 a month.
- Nathan Alberts, a 30-year old jeweler. Nathan lived with his 24-year old wife Elizabeth and their 1-year old son Warren. The rent was $65 a month.
- Charles Hewitt, a 52-year old carpenter from Canada. Charles lived with his 54-year old wife Eva (born in Canada) and their 30-year old son Warren, a plumber. The rent was $65 a month.
