This three-story multi-family house was built around 1925.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows J.J. Smith, Trustee, as the owner of the empty lot where this house was built.

In 1930 this house was owned by Victoria Roberts, a 46-year old widow from Sweden. Victoria lived with her 6-year old son Harry. Part of this house was rented for $60 a month to Alexander Abramowitz, a 52-year old Russian-born clerk for a meat cutter. Alexander lived with his 48-year old wife Sarah (born in Russia); their 20-year old daughter Lillian, a stenographer for a magazine; and his 65-year old uncle Abraham Kutz, a machinist from Russia. The building was valued at $14,000.
