The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Katherine Malone as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was rented for $85 a month by Wesley Caldwell, a 65-year old retiree from Canada. Wesley lived with his 60-year old wife Florence (born in Bermuda) and his 34-year old son Clive, a bank clerk.
