This brick multi-family house was built around 1925 and rises two stories to a slate roof.

The 1925 City Directory lists Anna Gregory, a widow, as a resident of 105 Kilsyth. James McMurray, a salesman, is listed as a resident of 107 Kilsyth.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows the State Street Trust Company as the owner of this house.

In 1930 part of this house was rented for $110 a month by Joseph Michaelmen, a 60-year old lawyer from Lithuania. Joseph lived in 105 Kilsyth with his 56-year old Albanian wife Bertha; 28-year old daughter Isabella, a public school teacher; 24-year old daughter Aledig, a public school teacher; and 16-year old daughter Esther. 107 Kilsyth was rented for $115 a month by Hubert Killborand, a 56-year old engineer from Indiana. Hubert lived with his 54-year old wife Bertha.
