The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Abbie Ogden as the owner of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Elon Forbes and Harry Stevens, a bookkeeper, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows George Ogden as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was rented for $65 a month by Elon Forbes, a 76-year retiree from New York. Elon lived with his 60-year old son-in-law Harry Stevens, a cashier for an engineering firm; 40-year old daughter Maud Stevens, a furniture saleslady from New Hampshire; and Cora Morton, a 70-year old boarder.
