This two-story multi-family house was built in 1922. A renovation was performed in 1980.

The 1925 City Directory lists Joshue Atwood, a civil engineer; Frederick J. Mahony, a student; and Frederick W. Mahony, an architect, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows M.F. Mahoney as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by William Breman, a 41-year old plasterer from Connecticut. William lived with his 35-year old Irish wife Anna and their two children: 3-year old William and 1-year old Eileen. The building was valued at $10,000.
