The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Annie McLaughlin as the owner of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows A.S. Schaller as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Albert Schaller, a 52-year old credit manager for a shoe store. Albert lived with his 47-year old wife Edith (born in Maine); 20-year old daughter Marjorie, a church organist; and 73-year old mother-in-law Sophia Brooks (born in Maine). The building was valued at $8,500.
