In 1930 this house was owned by Thomas Morissey, a 54-year old clerk for Boston Electric Railway. Thomas lived with his 58-year old wife Margaret and their two children: 30-year old Helen, a librarian; and 23-year old Arthur. The building was valued at $7,000.
