This multi-family house was built in 1930 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows William Ambler as the owner of the empty lot where this house was built.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows G.P. Notargiacomo as the owner of the empty lot this house was built on.

In 1930 this house was rented for $50 a month by Charles Fredy, a 22-year old traveling salesman for a fishery. Charles lived with his 22-year old wife Margaret and their three children: 3-year old Alice, 2-year old Charles, and infant Richard.
