215-217 Faneuil Street

This brick multi-family house was built around 1925 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows William Ambler as the owner of the empty lot where this house was built.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows R. Petricone as the owner of the empty lot this house was built on.

In 1930 part of this house was rented for $55 a month by John Quinlan, a 53-year old construction supervisor from Canada. John lived in 215 Faneuil with his 49-year old wife Mary (born in Connecticut) and their three children: 24-year old Thomas, a plasterer; 20-year old Mary, a bookkeeper; and 18-year old John, a telephone installer.
