180 Faneuil Street

This brick multi-family house was built in 1929 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof. A renovation was performed in 1997.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows the Federal Trust Company as the owner of the empty lot this house was built on.

In 1930 this house was owned by Thomas Morrison, a 35-year old rubber plant employee. Thomas lived with his 34-year old wife Madeline. Part of this house was rented for $50 a month by Rosalind Comeau, a 34-year old dressmaker from Canada. Rosalind lived with her 32-year old sister Mabel, a clerk in a shoe store; 26-year old sister Madeline; 25-year old cousin Rosetta LeBlanc, a nurse; and 28-year old cousin Juliette LeBlanc, a bookkeeper for a bank. The building was valued at $8,000.
