This multi-family house was built in 1930 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof. The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows the Federal Trust Company as the owner of the empty lot this house was built on. In 1930 this house was owned by Harry Pease, a 59-year old accountant from Connecticut. Harry lived with his 49-year old wife Beatrice and their four children: 24-year old son Kenyon, 20-year old June, 17-year old George, and 15-year old Royce. Part of this house was rented for $40 a month by Edward O'Donnell, a 31-year old chauffeur. Edward lived with his 22-year old wife Julia, a beautician. |
