In 1930 this house was owned by Harry Pease, a 59-year old accountant from Connecticut. Harry lived with his 49-year old wife Beatrice and their four children: 24-year old son Kenyon, 20-year old June, 17-year old George, and 15-year old Royce. Part of this house was rented for $40 a month by Edward O'Donnell, a 31-year old chauffeur. Edward lived with his 22-year old wife Julia, a beautician.
