The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows P.H. Munroe as the owner of the empty lot this house was built on.

In 1930 this house was owned by Perry Munroe, a 59-year old painter from Canada. Part of this house was rented for $55 a month by Frank McQueeny, a 63-year old silk salesman. Frank lived with his 61-year old wife Ellen. The building was valued at $10,000.
