The 1925 City Directory lists Mildred Parsons, a teacher at the Bennett School, as a resident of this house. The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows A.J. Parsons as the owner of this house. In 1930 this house was owned by Xavier Parsons, a 54-year old Post Office superintendent. Xavier lived with his 54-year old wife Almena and their 30-year old daughter Mildred, a public school teacher. The building was valued at $9,000. |
