This brick multi-family house was built in 1890 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows M.F. and A.C. Jenner as the owners of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Fred Davis, a chauffeur; and Thomas Hession, a wire chief, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows M.G. Hession as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Thomas Hession, a 45-year old telephone maintenance worker. Thomas lived with his 38-year old wife Mary and their five children: 16-year old Thomas, 14-year old Mary, 12-year old Robert, 6-year old David, and 4-year old Virginia. The building was valued at $3,500.
