This brick multi-family house was built in 1905 and rises three stories to an asphalt roof. A renovation was performed in 1995.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Rosa Madore as the owner of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Mary Madore, a dressmaker; and Rose Madore, a bookkeeper, as residents of 62 Fairbanks. Michael Bresnahan, a police lieutenant and inspector of carriages, is listed as a resident of 64 Fairbanks.

In 1930 part of this house was rented for $46 a month by James Brigante, a 49-year old brakeman for a railroad. James lived in 62 Fairbanks with his 48-year old wife Jennie and their two children: 28-year old Hazel, a bookkeeper; and 6-year old James Jr. 64 Fairbanks was rented for $45 a month by Michael Bresnahan, a 67-year old from England. Michael lived with his 63-year old wife Josephine, a waitress in a lunch room, and their 27-year old daughter Edith, a lithographer for an insurance company.
