This brick Colonial house was built in 1890 and rises three stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows A. and A. Linardi as the owners of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Anthony Linardi, a floorlayer, as a resident of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Anthony Linardi, a 60-year old floor layer from Italy. Anthony lived with his 56-year old Canadian wife Anna and their four daughters: 31-year old Anna, a secretary for an insurance company; 24-year old Angelina, a clerk for an insurance company; 20-year old Helen, a bookkeeper for an insurance company; and 17-year old Mary. The building was valued at $3,600.
