This three-story multi-family house was built in 1923.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Leroy Starrett as the owner of the empty lot where this house was built.

The 1925 City Directory lists John Hynes, an inspector; Joseph Jordan, a manager; and Peter Protos as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows William Maloney as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Patrick Donahoe, a 59-year old from Ireland who worked as a stationary engineer in a jail. Patrick lived with his 42-year old Irish wife Mary and 27-year old brother-in-law Jeremiah O'Neil, a grocery salesman. Part of this house was rented for $48 a month by Frank Conlon, a 63-year old car shifter for a street railway. Frank lived with his three children: 27-year old Margaret, a stenographer for a tire company; 22-year old William, an insurance adjuster; and 15-year old Leo. Another part of this house was rented for $42 a month by Earl Ellsworth, a 28-year old produce store manager from Connecticut. Earl lived with his 23-year old wife Rita and infant son Earl Jr. The building was valued at $9,200.
