The 1925 City Directory lists Thomas Barry, a salesman; Dennis Crowley, a reporter; and Margaret Kelley, a presser, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows James Gannon as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by James Gannon, a 45-year old chauffeur from Ireland. james lived with his 35-year old Irish wife Margaret and their 6-year old daughter Helen. Part of this house was rented for $45 a month by Anna Rogers, a 44-year old saleswoman in a bakery. Anna lived with her 19-year old son Francis, an apprentice druggist; and her 19-year old daughter-in-law Hazel (born in Colorado). Part of this house was rented for $50 a month by Francis Russell, a 36-year old Boston police officer. Francis lived with his 36-year old wife Josephine (born in New York), a bookkeeper for Ford. The building was valued at $10,000.
