The 1925 City Directory lists George Harrington, a brakeman for the Boston & Albany Railroad; Jonas Otterson, a draftsman; and Thomas Pooley, a butcher, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows E.K. Rooney as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Oswald Rosche, a 47-year old baker from Germany. Oswald lived with his 43-year old German wife Alma. Part of this house was rented for $45 a month by Arthur Hebert, a 27-year old driver for a tailor. Arthur lived with his 25-year old wife Anna and their 2-year old son Arthur. Another part of this house was rented for $45 a month by George Burns, a 58-year old laborer for a rubber company. George lived with his 48-year old wife Mary, a saleswoman in a department store. The building was valued at $14,000.
