This three-story multi-family house was built in 1925 and has been converted to condos.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Leroy Starrett as the owner of the empty lot where this house was built.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Elizabeth Rooney as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Andrew Keane, a 50-year old from Ireland who worked as a clerk for a railroad's mail department. Andrew lived with his 55-year old sister Winifred (born in Ireland) and 45-year old boarder Clara Gerard, a stitcher in a shoe factory. Part of this house was rented for $50 a month by Ernest Foss, a 44-year old drug store manager from Maine. Ernest lived with his 35-year old wife Irene (born in Maine) and their two daughters: 1-year old Lucille and infant Joan. Another part of this house was rented for $40 a month by James Sherry, a 33-year old street car conductor from Canada. James lived with his 26-year old wife Mary (born in Canada) and his 21-year old brother-in-law William Mitchell, a soda machine operator. The building was valued at $18,000.
