This three-story multi-family house was built in 1910 and renovated in 2001.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Robert Jones as the owner of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Mrs. Anna Erickson; George Smith, an electrician; Thomas Smith, a fireman; Wendell Smith, an inspector; and Harry Ward, a manager, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows G.T. Roberts as the owner of this house.

In 1930 part of this house was rented for $40 a month by Wilfred Young, a 40-year old carpenter from Canada. Wilfred lived with his 29-year old sister Annie (born in Canada), who worked as a maid; and his 69-year old mother Condelia (born in Canada). Another part of this house was rented for $40 a month by Augustus Purchase, a 38-year old carpenter from Canada. Augustus lived with his 38-year old Canadian wife Lacey and their 14-year old daughter Irene. Another part of this house was rented for $40 a month by Joseph Devine, a 42-year old warehouse watchman from Ireland. Joseph lived with his 40-year old Irish wife Mary and their 8-year old son Joseph.
