This multi-family house was built in 1925 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Leroy Starrett as the owner of the empty lot where this house was built.

The 1925 City Directory lists Antonio Boncca, a laborer; Lorenzo Manella, a salesman; Walter Miller, a painter; and Lawrence Minella, a shipper, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows A. and A. Bonica as the owners of this house.

In 1930 part of this house was rented for $52 a month by Antonio Bonica, a 50-year old laborer from Italy. Antonio lived with his 60-year old Italian wife Angelina and his 33-year old stepson Lorenzo Minetta, a dry goods salesman.
