The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Robert Jones as the owner of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Robert Caverly; Patrick Foley, a waiter; Treffle Gervais, a musician; and Joseph Kelley, a photo engraver, as residents of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Patrick Foley, a 36-year old from Ireland who worked as a waiter in a hotel. Patrick lived with his 35-year old Irish wife Helena and their four children: 8-year old Catherine, 5-year old Joseph, 2-year old Agnes, and infant Robert. Part of this house was rented for $40 a month by Harold Sturmy, a 33-year old from Canada who worked as a bakery salesman. Harold lived with his 30-year old Canadian wife Mabel and their 2-year old daughter Elizabeth. Another part of this house was rented for $40 a month by Joseph Kelley, a 39-year old engraver for a printing company. Joseph lived with his 40-year old Canadian wife Ella and their three children: 9-year old Margaret, 7-year old Joseph, and 5-year old John. The building was valued at $12,000.
