The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Robert Jones as the owner of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists James Conroy, a manager; Earl Jose, a salesman; George Noonan, a helper; and Arthur Spooner, a civil engineer, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows B.N. Burgess as the owner of this house.

In 1930 part of this house was rented for $40 a month by William Brown, a 59-year old from Ireland who worked as an auto mechanic. William lived with his 55-year old Irish wife Ann and their two daughters: 18-year old Margaret, a clerk for an insurance company; and 16-year old Mary. Another part of this house was rented for $40 a month by Raymond Williams, a 36-year old bookbinder. Raymond lived with his 35-year old wife Mary and their 1-year old son Albert. Another part of this house was rented for $45 a month by Louis Hagn, a 41-year old from New York who worked as a manager in a meat market. Louis lived with his 48-year old wife Leila.
