The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Robert Jones as the owner of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists John Costello, a starter for the Boston Elevated Railway; James Fitzgerald, an electrician; and Daniel Hickey, an engineer, as residents of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Daniel Hickey, a 69-year old fireman from Ireland. Daniel lived with his 62-year old Irish wife Catherine. Part of this house was rented for $40 a month by John Costello, a 43-year old from Ireland who worked as a starter for a street railroad. John lived with his 39-year old Irish wife Helen and their two daughters: 17-year old Mildred and 12-year old Irene. Another part of this house was rented for $40 a month by James Fitzerald, a 33-year old electrical contractor. James lived with his 34-year old wife Elizabeth, a telephone operator; and their 8-year old daughter Marie. The building was valued at $12,000.
