This brick multi-family house was built in 1900 and rises three stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1925 City Directory lists James Darcy, an assistant shipper; Norman Darcy, a clerk; and William Scherer, a chauffeur, as residents of 99 Dustin.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows William and E. Scherer as the owners of this house.
