The 1925 City Directory lists Harold Bannon, a member of Engine 22 of the Boston Fire Department; and Margaret Bannon, the widow of John Bannon, as residents of 57 Dustin. Kyren McGuire, an inspector; and Valentine McGuire are listed as residents of 59 Dustin.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Agnes McGuire as the owner of this house.
