The 1925 City Directory lists Oscar Smith, a purchasing agent, as a resident of 49 Dustin. Clarence Graves, a secretary, is listed as a resident of 51 Dustin.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows F.A. Smith as the owner of this house.
