This brick multi-family house was built in 1885 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof. The 1925 City Directory lists Frederick Mayhew, a manager, as a resident of 43 Dustin. Martin Hynes, a teamster; Bernard Kerrigan, a teamster; Edward Marshall, a teamster; Francis Marshall, a manager; and Mary Marshall, the widow of George Marshall, are listed as residents of 45 Dustin. The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Mary Marshall as the owner of this house. |
